Fantastic Black Bean Chili

I LOVE this recipe. Have made it several times. Try not to be too heavy on the Red Wine Vinegar though, it is powerful! I also use less turkey than called for (about half). You can even cut it in smaller portions when preparing and it simmers and tastes just the same. :)

Split Pea Soup with Rosemary

Extremely Tasty Soup! The only thing different was that I forgot the Rosemary and it still came out real delicious! I will make again tomorrow (after a few weeks since I've first made it) and will keep it as a normal recipe in my collection.

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

Not the same as regular muffins, by far. They were way to grainy. I love whole grains, but this was overkill. I even added streusel on top and it just wasn't tasty. I may try to find a recipe without wheat bran...or at least less.
