White Chip Orange Cookies

I loved these cookies, they are great for the holidays. I added a tsp of vanilla and some Cranrasins...I loved the hint of orange from the zest!

Dark Chocolate Cherry Fudge

I had a hard time finding dried cherries, so I made a batch without and a batch with walnuts...you don't get any better than this recipe for fudge, it's so simple to make!

Campbell's® Green Bean Casserole

This is such a classic recipe, I only made a few changes...Used frozen petite green beans and I just add the milk until I get the right consistency, and I added in some garlic pepper, onion powder, and used a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce...We loved it!

Swanson® Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Wow, I would have never thought to use chicken broth in mashed potatoes...they were amazing! I am going to use this recipe from now on for awesome flavorful creamy mashed potatoes! I always use a few dashes of white pepper and garlic powder too.

AMAZINGLY good!!! I took other reviewers advice and used 2T of melted butter and roasted them for almost 2 hours! Awesome snack for anyone who loves Old Bay Seasoning!!!

I am a gravy master thanks to Argo Corn Starch! I do add about a tablespoon of butter right before I serve this to add a rich velvety texture!

Baked Potato Soup I

I used peppered bacon and added in some roasted garlic cloves. I also baked an extra potato and mashed it to add in some extra thickness. This is a very hearty, good soup!

I made these with a pot of baked potato soup, what a nice compliment!!! I used Cooper Sharp white cheddar cheese and chipped Tavern Ham in the Cresents, what a nice Sunday dinner!!!

Slow Cooker Green Beans, Ham and Potatoes

I love making this recipe in the summer with fresh green beans from a local farmers stand! I add in a sliced Vidalia sweet onion, some fresh garlic cloves, a bay leaf, and some vegetable stock...it is summer comfort food!!! Great served with a crusty dinner roll! Edit - I made this classic recipe again, only I substituted 2 of the ham hocks for Johnsonville Sausage...it was absolutely amazing!!!

Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella

I follow this recipe to a T...except that I bake the marinated chicken breasts, 30 minutes in a convection oven at 350 degrees...I call it “Insalata Caprese Chicken”...it is an amazing dish when you have fresh basil and tomatoes in the garden during the summer!

Grilled Romaine

I love to make grilled Romaine in the summertime, instead of lemon juice I gave it a couple of squirts of balsamic vinegar salad spray and server it along side of balsamic marinated chicken with fresh mozzarella cheese, basil, and sliced tomatoes….awesome summertime meal!
