About Me
I eat only natural foods. I do not consume milk, grains (gluten or non-gluten), sugar (honey excepted), flour (nut flour excepted), or man-made chemicals (i.e. non-organic fruits or vegetables, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors and preservatives). The vast majority of recipes in my recipe box (94%) are suitable (or easily adapted) for people with common food intolerances (milk, grains, sugar, chemicals), digestive limitations (dairy-free specific carbohydrate diet, gluten intolerance, celiac disease), diabetes, or hypoglycemia. You are welcome to have a look if you are looking for ideas!

My mother, now retired, was a professional cook. She was teaching me and my brother how to cook when we were very young children (preschool days). I have pretty much been sheltered from "cooking tragedies."
