Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

I've used it for my homemade pizzas for a long time now and I love it. I've memorized it, people get excited for pizza night when they see me setting it up, and I've had compliments such as, "Never gonna order another overpriced pizza again!"

Beef Burgers from the Portobello Mushroom Burger original recipe

I wanted to try this, while I'm not a vegetarian, vegan or otherwise opposed to meat. The flavor of this marinade is amazing. It turns out I cannot chew into the center area of the mushroom for personal texture reasons, but the outside bites were fabulous. I tweaked the fabulous marinade, chopping the portabellos down to a dice, soaked them in the marinade, added onions, half a scrambled egg, and kneaded it into ground beef. Then I formed regular burgers, and the compliments from husband were endless. Though I cannot actually eat the mushroom cap like a burger patty, I give this flavor all the other stars.

The Munroe Melt

We loved these. I made a kid's version with the munster, the spreads, and the roast beef. My daughter liked it. The real versions, made for my husband and I, were such a hit we ate too much. I cooked enough for leftover meals and well, there isn't any left. Well, I almost forgot, I don't really favor swiss cheese on anything, and I replaced that with provolone. It was amazing! So I suppose my family had three versions here, but this idea, which by the way introduced my family to dijonnaise for the first time, is an overall great one that will go permanently into the recipe box.

Glazed Meatloaf I

This is the absolute best meatloaf we have ever, ever had - and I mean exactly as is, no tweaks. My daughter, 3 years old and no interest in dinner, actually sat herself down and ate with us after one attempted run-by bite from the table. The husband Facebooked about it. Ha! Going permanently in our recipe box, and we decided we can't wait two weeks, it is going on the menu in place of something next week. There were no leftovers.

Jill's Hash Brown Casserole

Excellent taste. It is the onions that give it some crunch in the end, if you're looking for more crispness. I like the softness of the dish, husband thought it should be more cheesy and didn't care for the cornflakes. *Sigh, to him, any casserole needs to be cheesy. He says he loved it, but requests we replace the cornflakes with a cheese sprinkle next time. I think it sounds good and I'll try it for my cheese lovers in this house, but I give this recipes 5 stars, AS IS :)
