Broccoli and Tortellini Salad
This dish is a staple during the summer for cookouts. I usually triple the recipe for our family (I only double the broccoli, triple everything else) because people love this stuff so much. The only thing I change is to omit the raisins and sunflower seeds and add in sliced almonds. I do not blanch the broccoli as others have, I love the crisp crunch against the soft tortellini. I also follow the tortellini cooking instructions since I use frozen and only cook about 3-5 minutes. I have even made this and added in some sliced up grilled chicken and made this a main dish. Simply love this recipe!

Smokin' Scovilles Turkey Chili
Amazing recipe! I make as is except I do a jalapeno for the habenero. I make this for our Sunday family dinner and everyone loves this. It doubles well also (We have lots of people on Sunday!). Has that perfect heat level and has some great depth with the hot cocoa and smoke so it's not just hot that you are tasting. Love this stuff!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
Yummy! The only way I cook broccoli anymore! Even my 2 year old eats this! I omit the salt as we watch our salt intake and broccoli has a fair amount of salt in it naturally, but that is the only change I make. Great recipe!
