I have been making this cheesecake every Thanksgiving for the past few years and it is sooooo good! Everyone in my family loves it...including those who don't like traditional pumpkin pie. My sister even asked me to make one for her to take to her in-laws with her last Thanksgiving. It is definitely a winner!

This is the best french toast ever! I did make a few minor changes but it was to die for. I chose to use just regular sandwhich bread, I omited the irish cream liqueur since I was making them for my kids as well and opted for plain half and half and I used a blackberry preserves instead of the orange marmalade since I don't like orange marmalade. Oh, and I also opted to put the preserves on the inside of the french toast as well. I covered one piece of bread with cream cheese and the other piece of bread with preserves, put them together and went on from there. So the french toast was stuffed with the cream cheese and preserves instead of just cream cheese. It was delicious!

I loved this recipe and so did everyone at my parent's 4th of July get together. It was so easy and so good! I added some caramel ice cream topping as well to give it more of a "turtle" flavor.

When I was on my honeymoon in France, we had an avocado and tomato appetizer that I absolutely loved. I was trying to find a recipe for something similar since I couldn't remember exactly what was in it and came across this one. This recipe was good but not quite as good as the appetizer I loved so much in France.

I love these! I have made them several times for baby and wedding showers and everyone has always loved them. So easy to make and so good!

This was really good! Tasted a lot like a pumpkin cheesecake that I make and love.

Excellent recipe! Reminds me of the tortillas my grandma makes. I didn't follow the recipe exactly, I used it as a guideline. Then, instead of measuring everything exactly, I just measured it out in my hand and guessed so I may have been a bit more or a bit less on ingredients but it wouldn't have been by much. And they came out perfect!

I couldn't get this recipe to come out right, it came out all lumpy. I'm guessing I did something wrong but I'm not sure what. I heated the wine first and then added the cheese a little at a time but I couldn't seem to get the cheese for fully melt and incorporate itself with the wine. In the end, it was lumpy but it still tasted good.
