Excellent just how it is. Could use a little less oil if you wanted.

Easy Indian-Style Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2011
This is a great start! I added a can of mixed veggies and really upped the spice via garlic powder and curry powder. Also to trim some fat I didn't use the coconut milk (gasp) instead subbing plain Lowfat greek yogurt and added a dallop of sour cream when served. Delicious! Thanks for sharing! We will use this again often!

Nachos Grande

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
Great quick recipe. We added taco seasoning to beef and heated the chips in the oven at 400 F before loading up individual nacho plates. I still prefer real melted cheddar, but this was a fun change.

Slaw-mmin' Wraps

This is a great recipes- except for the hummus mix. I really do not like this recipe for hummus. Instead, we buy our hummus premade that is delicious.. and combined with this recipe it is out of this world! Thanks for sharing!

Men Love This Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
Very Awesome. We made it minus the bacon and the bacon grease and it was delicous. I think I'd prefer onions instead of the red bell pepper.

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
Great Flavor. Not too spicy. I followed the advice of only 1 tsp salt, and let them soak for a few minutes in the marinage (minus the lemon juice)... and added the lemon just before cooking.

Cheesy Tuna Melts

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2010
I thought this would be too plain, but it was delicious! I just added salt and pepper... the flavor was awesome. I only broiled mine long enough to melt the cheese (less than a minute).

Tangy Poppy Seed Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Very delicous. The canned pinapple was great. I didn't have fresh orange, so I used mandarin... I won't do that again becuase it added to much soupy-ness. BUt, it was still delicous! Also, I went without poppy seeds.

Roquefort Pear Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Wow. Like another reviewer said... This is easily the BEST recipe I've tried on Allrecipes. I used gorganzola cheese instead... My 11 year old son even loved it. The dressing is delicous. We dipped our steak in the dressing too.

Pumpkin Pudding I

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
This is so much better than pumpkin pie! only use 1/2 the cake mix, and all the butter, for a scrumptious topping. Then drizzle sweetened condensed milk on the top before baking the final 5 minutes or so. Delicous. I've used this recipe as a guide to make bread pudding out of dried out pumpkin bread too. Very good. Thanks for sharing.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
LOVE IT! I make this every time I bake a turkey. I always brine my turkeys, so this soup gets all that seasoning too. It's delicious. I usually cut up the white breast meat for the soup, and save the stringy carcass meat for enchiladas. I only use one onion and add lots more celery and carrots. ***UPDATE... Made again with a rotisserie chicken. Very bland. It looks like the flavor of this soup is all in the preparation of the carcass as well as the broth. SO... TASTE the broth before adding in Veggies and Flour. If its too salty, you will probably want all the flour. IT if its bland... add very little flour.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
AMAZING recipe!! I followed it exactly, except for I didn't have bacon bits... so I used 1/2 TB of Liquid Smoke instead. I simmered the chili for 4 hours, cooled, and then refridgerated. Each day aftwards the flavor keeps getting more delicous. I'm going to make more and put in the freezer for a delicous lazy dinner.
