I rate this recipe between 4.5 - 5 stars. Overall, however, it was awesome. I took two pork loins and sliced them lengthwise and then in half. This gave me 8 nice, flat, pieces of pork to pan fry. I would, however, recommend putting oil in the pan itself, especially if you're using a stainless pan as I did. I had a little bit of an initial sticking problem with the pork when I simply brushed the oil on. My pan was very hot, so I don't think this should have happened. For the second batch, I put a bit of oil in the pan and it worked like a charm. Kudos to the submitter, who recommended placing the tray in the over an 175 degrees. This kept everything warm until my apples were done. I'm going to have to try this "trick" more often. My husband and daughter loved this one!
