Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
OH MY GREAT GOOGLEY MOOGLEY!! My family and I devoured the first batch immediately (minus the last one, everyone is always leery about the last one). The first try was kind of dry, even with flipping them over to cool, though, so I made an alteration that made it all better and so wonderfully moist! They were so easy to make and I'm excited to use this recipe from here on out! I did go with some of the alternate suggestions; I don't have a bread machine, so I used the first review to mix it up. Immediately after they came out of the oven, I melted extra butter and mixed in more cinnamon and brown sugar, then I poured it over them, sealed it up with aluminum foil, let it sit for about 5 minutes, then (using a cooling rack to hold the foil and rolls into place)flipped the pan over and let it cool. (plan to experiment with adding extra sauce before baking as well). When I served them, I just put them individually in the microwave or all together at a low setting in the oven. Anyway, thank you so much, Marsha!! They are fantastic!

Pumpkin Roll I

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2011
I made this recipe for Thanksgiving and it was a hit! I didn't have any pecans, so I chopped up some walnuts, and substituted 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. It worked out great... I did have some trouble pulling it away from the pan... maybe I didn't let it sit long enough? Any ideas? maybe I'll play around with the flour and 'grease'... perhaps not enough flour. Anyway, all in all I will DEFINITELY make this recipe again. :D

Baked Potato Soup V

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2011
i first cooked this soup for a group of friends, not quite sure if it would go over well. It turned out to be a GREAT success, and there were no leftovers to be had (which caused much complaining among those who were too polite to rush the pot for seconds). Thanks!
