So I am the queen of semihomemade, so I understand that other people do to. But seriously only one Chicken & dumpling recipe were someone makes a roux?? everyone else is using cream of chicken soup, UGH!!! for health and ease everyone is using only breasts and or parts. I love to use the… MORE

I need to find my momentum and get back to my gluten free diet , I felt soooo much better, had more energy, no stomach issues and food tasted good not just a means of fuel : ( HELP any suggestions ??? MORE

it must be that time of year, churning some butter this cold winter night. forgoing the butter churn tonight for the kitchen aid. feel a bit guilty but it will taste the same and save my hands. MORE

Trying to eat without ingesting wheat, corn or potatoes is hard!! they use it as fillers or flour in 99.9 of our foods ( OK maybe that is an exaggeration ) I try tom do whole foods as much as possible , but while at work and eating out with Family & friends makes it soooo difficult.¬†Anyone… MORE

Since I can not have Wheat gluten, this eating for my Blood type has been a challenge!! So in tonight's dinner of Chile Colorado I had to use Rice flour instead of Regular flour. I was pleasantly shocked by the out come, the gravy was still creamy and tasted the same!! wow what a relief = )will… MORE

I decided to try and see if this Eating for your blood type would really be beneficial for me  as many foods do bother me. I eat them anyway but maybe by doing this I can really pinpoint the culprits. My kids and I are all O+ but my Husband is B+ so cooking is a challenge. It may be mean… MORE
