These are really good. I followed the recipe and was glad I did. I read the reviews, but I barely had enough chocolate. Glad I followed the recipe.

Crustless Cranberry Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
This is absolutely the best!! The flavor is wonderful with the almond and the tart berries. It whips together in no time at all. I generally make it with frozen berries and find it works perfect.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
These are delicious pork chops. I made them as the recipe states. I did have a ton of left over bread crumb mixture. Next time I would half that.

Jenny's Grilled Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2010
Very tasty. My only modification was to marinate the chicken for 40 minutes. I cooked mine in the George Foreman. It turned out great.

This didn't go over all that well. It went together fine, just wasn't all that tasty.

Cilantro-Lime Dressing

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
This was delicious. I used the dressing on coleslaw with a mexican dinner. It was very tasty. I can't wait to try it again on a traditional salad with grilled chicken.

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
I'm so glad we tried these. They are the best. I made two minor revisions. I used taco seasoning instead of the chili powder and I also put some taco sauce in the bottom of the pan. Definitely a keeper and a great dish to serve for company.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2010
These are very good, although I think they have to be warmed up in the microwave to be truly enjoyed. I followed the recipe, with the one addition of some pumpkin pie spice to the muffin batter. I put it together as the recipe states and also tried hiding the cream cheese in the middle. I think I like it the way it was written the best.

Simple BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2010
Update: Made these with boneless pork ribs and they were great. First review: These were the best. I accidentally picked up beef ribs instead of pork. That was my only disappointment and all my fault. They were still delicious though.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

I wasn't that excited with this. I followed the recipe and even caught the update from her to sift the onion soup bits out. I'm going to go back to my TT recipe.

Great pork chop recipe. I seasoned our pork chops with onion salt, garlic powder, and pepper, floured, and browned them. Otherwise followed the recipe and really enjoyed them!

These were quite delicious. We ended up marinating for a day and a half as we were too busy to make for dinner the first night. Next time I will double the marinade.
