Raspberry Almond Coffeecake

This is so delicious! I followed the recipe as written, but next time would like to double it. Need to figure out what size pan to use, but definitely need more of it. Possibly do two 8" pans.

This was delicious. Way beyond my expectations. We aren't huge turkey fans, but this was so moist and flavorful. I followed the recipe, but added about 1 cup chicken broth. Served with roasted baby reds and vegetables. A wonderful dinner.

Easy Weeknight Chicken Parmesan

We really enjoyed this. I used an eggwash to help with getting the breadcrumbs/cheese to stick. I also added a can of seasoned diced tomatoes. It was great and easy for a weeknight meal.

Grilled Mediterranean Greek Pizza with Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage

Overnight Ham and Cheese Omelet

This is very delicious and so quick and easy to put together. Ham is very tasty and you avoid having to brown sausage instead. Love skipping a step! I added extra cheese and extra ham to ours.

Company Chicken Marsala

The first thing you will experience is the incredible smell that will fill your kitchen. The second will be the delicious meal you will have. The flavors were incredible. I used fresh basil and rosemary and increased the Marsala and chicken broth. I wouldn't increase the liquids next time just because it doesn't thicken up at all. Otherwise, I followed the recipe and truly enjoyed it.

Chicken, Asparagus, and Mushroom Skillet

This is delicious. I think you have to increase the wine/lemon juice and I put in 3 tbsp of each. I ended up adding a bit of extra wine also. Lots of great flavor.
