Reynolds Wrap and Me  I can’t tell you how far back Reynolds Wrap has been in my life. It just has always been there. From covering leftover dishes with foil to store in the fridge, to using the parchment paper to line the cookie sheets for that extra baking during the holidays. It’s been my… MORE

My favorite things to cook
Asian, Mexican, Multi-cultured foods, Low-fat, Low-sugar, Stews, casseroles, slow cooker meals and baking......Everything!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Funny but true: Cooking traditions men sit in the recliner and women in the kitchen...lol My family is always in the kitchen. My sister and her family, my parents and my family celebrate Christmas in January. Due to distance and work related jobs. Every year we plan what we are having ahead of time. Our tradition is usually food we've had abroad growing up overseas. Normally with Asia influences. It's always a special treat when we normally don't make the dishes often throughout the year.
My cooking triumphs
Unknown to me when I came up with a chicken and dumpling recipe of my own, my father was floored & delighted and told me it tasted just like his mother's.......My mom dropped her jaw because it was better then her's. It's a staple with my husband and kids.
My cooking tragedies
I had found a recipe for a Pretzel Pie(like Pecan Pie), thought it looked good and I didn't follow the recipe when it said unsalted pretzels. I just grabbed the normal stuff with the salt on it, made the pie, and my dad and husband were painting with thrist. And making weird pickle sour expressions, when I realized the pie was over salted. Oopppss! I never made it again.

Easy Grape Salad
My family quickly devoured this recipe. This was too quick and ubber simple to go wrong anywhere in this recipe. With only a few ingredients....a fabulous recipe in a flash. I creamed together Greek Cream Cheese and Marshmallow Cream in my KA and then folded in my grapes and added in additional pint of strawberries because the recipe does make a lot of fluff and adding the strawberries was perfect. Rather then adding the almonds into the mixture, I left it out to top each persons serving, whether they wanted a little or a lot it was more their choice due to their own preferences. I will make again especially when needing to use up extra fruit that needs to be eaten and not wasted. I will be making again TY

Macaroni and Cheese III
Super good recipe, My family really loved it. It was totally easy to make. I used diced tomatoes not stewed & macaroni pasta noodles to Cavatappi noodles because it's what I had on hand. I will make this again. My only criticism, which isn't a big deal, was the melting of the cheese to a smooth consistency, it never got smooth. However, the recipe is a keeper. This recipe is also on the UK site with one minor difference, this one says stewed tomatoes and the other whole peeled tomatoes.

Pumpkin Frozen Yogurt
This recipe was super easy to make and utilizing leftover yoghurt. I liked the flavor because it reminded me of a custard but it needed a tad bit of sweetness not much but a tad. And a little more vanilla.
