Easy Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2013
The best part of this was that it was quick and easy. I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, added some chopped onions, more cracked pepper. I used what was on hand, cream of chicken soup and whole wheat elbow macaroni.I also used Kraft shredded 4 cheese.

Weeknight Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2013
This was good, didn't take too long either. I added 1/2 slice of swiss on top before adding sauce. I also added some fresh thyme to the sauce. Thanks for a nice recipe.

This was very good, I used flap meat which is another type of skirt steak. It came out great, very tender and flavorful, thanks for the great recipe.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2013
This was ok, but I think a less lean cut would work better. Mine came out a little dry and I didn't think the broth was very tasty even though I used good red wine.

Glasser's Greek Marlin

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2013
This was pretty good. I didn't have any problem with it coming out mushy, In fact it Was Nice And Firm. The butter really does add alot flavor. The only thing I did add was some Greek seasoning sprinkled on each side. Thanks For The Recipe.

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
This was very good, not too spicy but had my favorite flavor of cumin nicely throughout. I made the recipe as is and added it to 1 pound of ground sirloin with about a 1/2 cup of water.

Savory Slow-Cooked Chicken Cacciatore

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2011
Ok, I listened to the comments and decided that I would spice this up by adding some Italian Seasoning, basil, hot pepper flakes, and extra garlic. I browned the meat first. It still tasted bland after cooking for 6 hours in the crock pot. In all fairness, I haven't found a chicken cacciatore recipe yet that I liked so maybe its me.
