I've been cooking ribs for like 20 years and I must say this was more then amazing. I mixed up my own dry rub, used Sweet baby ray's BBQ sauce because i was lazy " sorry " I let the ribs sit in the fridge for 90 min before cooking, took them out of the foil after 2 1/2 hours and cooked with the oven grill for 10 min. We we're 4 people eating and everyone was LOVING the ribs. My search for the best ribs is over. No wit's just about making different flavors :) Thanks, Mike
