When I first moved away from home, I wanted to make my then boyfriends favorite dinner mac and cheese. Simple enough right? Dinner was on the table, and I couldn't figure out why it was so runny, and he asked if I drained the noodles. Drain the noodles?? I've definatly learned mac and cheese since then...LOL!!!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

I saw this recipe this morning and thought sounds great! With all the great reviews I tried it. Followed it exactly. My kids and I thought it was awesome. Some tried it in a bowl and used tortilla chips to scoop and eat it ...that was really good, and my daughter used it to make a chili dog! She loved it. Family vote says this is the new favorite. My mom made something similar but added about a cup or so of cooked elbow macaroni. Maybe something to try in the future, but it was great as is.

Buffalo Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese Dressing

How do you completely change it...then rate it? It's not even the same recipe when your done! This is for almost every review I read...not all...but most. Turkey instead of chicken is one thing...but when you SKIP the blue cheese, and the bun and on and on and on...it's not the same! I have an idea...change it...then submit it as yours. Don't review a recipe you have ALMOST completely changed. And yes..my family of 7 and our friends loved it as is. Well done MELXCLOUD!

Chocolate Chip Orange Zucchini Bread

This was wonderful! My kids who don't generally like zucchini bread loved this! The chocolate/orange combo was very different, but in a good way. I did substitute applesauce for the vegatable oil though. It was very good. Will for sure make this again.
