Best pizza sauce I've ever had! Omitted the anchovy paste since I'm a veggie and thought it was perfect for me. Thanks for sharing!

Perfect Apple Pie

Very good! Perfect consistency, not runny and not too gooey. I kept the recipe as is except I used store bought crust as a time saver. Thanks for sharing!!!

Pumpkin Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2010
I'd give this one 6 stars if I could! This is definitely a holiday staple for our family now. It's creamy, delicious, sweet, almost like pumpkin pie without the crust. It goes great with chicken or turkey! Thanks for sharing this beauty. I'm replacing my holiday yams with this! It's way better!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
My family LOVED this recipe. I followed the recipe to a "T" and it was great. I allowed the meatloaf to set for 20 minutes after cooking and then inverted it on a plate, kind of like a pineapple upside down cake. The sauce was very good and it made a nice presentation (as far as presentations can go for meatloaf!) Thanks for sharing this recipe! It will be a staple in my collection from now on.

Cranberry Orange Loaf

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
This is very good, way better than Panera Bread's version of this bread. Wrap it and let it set overnight for the best flavor and texture. It gets moister and the orange flavor really comes out. I used dried cranberries (couldn't find anything else). I poured hot water over them and let them set for 10 minutes or so and then drained them. Great recipe! Thanks for sharing Carol!

Classic Macaroni Salad

Added some celery seed to this. This is a really good base recipe. You can do a lot with it. You could add red pepper, celery seed, eggs, etc.

Vegetarian Korma

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2011
This is sooooo simple and delicious! I opted out of the heavy cream and replaced it with 2% milk. It does make a difference. If you want a great creamy korma keep the cream or even half and half works and is barely noticeable. I make this at least once a month, usually 3 or 4 times per month! I serve it with mango chutney and Kabli Naan which is naan stuffed with coconut and cherries.... yummmmm!

Peanut Butter Cookies IX

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2010
This is a really good cookie. I cooked these on parchment paper and reduced the temp to 350 because my cookies were getting a little too brown. After trying some dropped, I rolled them into balls and flattened with a fork to give them a little bit or a "peanut butter cookie" look. They look nice like that. I reduced the sugars to 1/2 each and they were perfect! I also used peanut butter chips in them. Yummm! Thanks for sharing Ruggles!

Amish Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
This is really good salad! My family didn't think that it was to sweet. It does sound like an insane amount of sugar, but it doesn't taste as "sugary" as we imagined it would. Thank for sharing!

This is a great recipe. The mustard adds a nice ending to it. My 9 year old wasn't a big fan (everything is too hot for him), but the rest of us loved it! Thanks for sharing!

Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: May 13, 2006
One word... YUMMY! I'm a strange one, I like tofu. I like this recipe as well. I used home-made bread crumbs (I didn't have any other). It seemed to stick to the tofu quite well. I made my bread crumbs from 3 oven toasted pieces of wheat bread. The were moist after putting them in the processor rather than the hard store bought ones. It worked very well. Thanks for the recipe!
