Great Easy Waffles

These are so good, I added a little cornstarch for crispness and added more flour to make them Belgium style. The kids devoured them. I don't like waffles and I loved every bite.

Lemon Garlic Chicken

Spicy Ginger Cookies

Omg these were delicious!! I did drizzle melted rolos on the tops and I didn't have cayenne. I thought I did but didn't realize until it was too late. I will make these again and again. A dozen was gone in minutes. Three kids adored them.

Quick and Easy White Cheese Dip

It was really good as is but kind of bland, maybe some sharp cheddar or a dash of hot sauce would kick it up but overall, great recipe! My family ate it in seconds. I cut the recipe in half because I only had one cream cheese, whole plate gone in the blink of an eye.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

OMG these are amazing. My husbands only complaint is that I used cheap chocolate chips (I usually use ghiaradelli) apparently he can tell the difference, so I have spoiled him... These were great, gone in minutes!

I did make a change and used a combo of flour and Panko because I didn't have cornmeal. That's why the 3 stars. Not sure if that was it but they were dry and not what I expected at all.

Oven-Ready Lasagna with Meat Sauce and Bechamel

I have been making lasagna for many years so I am a bit of a lasagna snob, this was just plain to us, it needed more, sausage, meat not sure - I also miss the ricotta cheese. I did make my lasagna after this using the bechamel here and it was delicious - a great addition so the recipe did some good for us. I wont make it this way again.

Three Cheese Tortellini with Traditional Sauce and Parmigiano Cheese

My picky daughter likes this which was great because she hates all things pasta. I thought it was pretty good but prefer homemade tortellini. My son loved it and my husband was neutral. It was soooo easy to throw together. I will definitely make it again! The only change I made was to add ground beef to the sauce because I don't like marinara without meat. I thought the Barilla sauce was a little sweeter than I usually make but good.

I loved the use of reynolds wrap but just didn't like the sauce, I think I will try it again with extra cheese instead, the family didn't love it but thought they would try again without the sauce!!

Easy Flank Steak Fajitas

Very easy to prepare with a quick cleanup! I love Reynolds wrap and I had never thought of cooking fajita meat this way! What a great idea, the flavors melded together and made for a delicious meal that even the kids loved! I will make this again.

Crispy Chipotle Roasted Smashed Potatoes

I love these potatoes, I got something similar at a restaurant and have been making these nonstop, the awesome flavor of the Mazola corn oil as opposed to olive and the spice was perfect! I put the potatoes on a cookie sheet with water and cover with foil to steam them at 450 for 30 minutes instead of boiling. Will make this again and again

Wrapped Buffalo Chicken Bites

I am giving this a five for taste - absolutely delicious filling. I put the cheese inside instead of outside just as a preference. I made this recipe as stated except I used fresh chicken breast because I had some on hand I needed to use. My husband loved this. It didnt come out as pretty, I used pillsbury crescent dough sheets. I got tired of making the crescents so made balls instead. I have filling left over(only used one crescent) so I am making a calzone for dinner. Will make again!

My family LOVED this, I often use johnsonville to make egg cups and this was a great alternative, the kids loved the change up and asked that I add this to the rotation! I will make this again and again!

Elbows Mac and Cheese with Tuscan Herb Sauce

We really liked this! I make mac and cheese fairly often from scratch and this was a nice twist! The kids liked it but did tell me to go back to my old way - I would definitely make this for a group!

CCRyder's Smoker Rib Rub

My husband said and I quote "This is literally the best meat I have ever tasted" He is not easy with the compliments either - he said he would eat this every day. I used it on St Louis Ribs and cooked them on my gas grill. So amazing.

Thick Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce, Arugula and Parmigiano Cheese

This was great. I wasnt anticipating much since I always make my own sauce and do not like jarred sauce. I loved it. It was fabulous. My family ate it up - I served with salad and garlic bread. I served arugula on the side because half my family doesnt like it!
