Chef John's Cauliflower Pizza Crust

This is perfect, tastes like a bread dough. I make three or four heads of cauliflower at a time in the food processor and freeze the raw ground cauliflower. So all I have to do is pull it out of the freezer, cook it in the microwave, cool it and then squeeze it out. Saves so much time and this is a nice sturdy crust that can hold lots of toppings and doesn't even taste like cauliflower, can you believe that? The key is to squeeze it dry, really squeeze it out good otherwise it is soft when baked.

Spicy Chicken Thai Soup

Made this for dinner tonight and it is the best soup I've ever had. Didn't have the lemon grass so I used lemon rind. Really good! I will make this over and over. Oh and I think cilantro tastes like soap so did parsley instead. I was surprised that I even enjoyed the fresh jalapeno's on top. Way to go Chef John, I have to say I've enjoyed all of the recipes I've made of yours.

Roasted Radishes

Wow made these as written except added some red onion and they we really good! They don't even taste like radish. (I like radish) I used regular red radishes and sprinkled with the lemon. Thanks for sharing this one, it's now on my go to list.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I make this often, the only thing I would offer is that you can use more mushrooms as there is more stuffing. It is really the best and my family often requests it.

Remoulade Sauce a la New Orleans

Made this to go with crab cakes tonight, excellent! This will be a regular at my house. Did change a few, no capers, didn't have any, and Dijon mustard as I didn't have the other kind. Oh and I didn't add any salt. Otherwise made as directed and per another review I did it all in the food processor.

Great Chicken Salad

This was a hit, and I'll be making this again this way. I served it on slices of baguette with a sliced grape on top. Two big serving platters disappeared and there were only 8 guests, :). I didn't add the slaw dressing as I didn't have any on hand and I have to admit I used two cans of chicken from Costco rather than fresh chicken breasts because that is what I had. Even still it was so good, and the texture was amazing. My grown kids have been asking me to make it again.

This is the best, and so easy to make. I ended up having to make two batches because my family ate it all before the guests arrived. It was a big hit at the party. I'll be making this over and over again. Thanks for sharing. PS didn't change a thing, although, I might add a bit more onion the next batch.

Cream Cheese Basil Summer Squash

This was just great, I made it tonight with two different squash, patty-pan and zucchini. I did use less cream cheese about 4 oz and 5 squash. It was really really good. Do try it, I also added a bit of red pepper flakes because we use it is most everything.

Lemonade Pie IV

Wow, this was really terrific, did use the limeade instead of lemonade but it was just the best. So easy and so pretty and my family just loved it. Next time I make it, I'll get a photo of it. I made it just like the directions. My SL said it was the best Key Lime pie he'd ever had, lol, I won't tell if you wont :)

Easy Lima Beans

My husband said he really didn't like lima beans, now he does. They are really high in potassium whech he needs. I did add a can of Rotel tomatoes at the end after draining. He ate them all up.

Krazy Garlic Trout

This was so good, I had two trout, and this recipe was a perfect way to cook it in the oven. Didn't change anything except my trout was whole so I had to cut off the head and tail and left the bones in. Still was great.

Super Sausage Gravy
