We LOVED this! Instead of using regular alfredo sauce I used Classico Brand Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo in a jar because that's what I had in my cabinet (thats what I'll be using from now on when I make this) and for the creole seasoning I used Tony's Chachere's Creole Seasoning (I'm from New Orleans and that's what my family always bought). The only thing I did that was different was that I topped each tilapia fillet with shredded Parmesan Cheese before I put it in the oven. It was WONDERFUL and I'll be making this lots more! This is a 100% keeper! It taste like take out from a restaurant it was so good!!!
