Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Great Hearty Soup! Followed another reviewers tips on removing the skins on the tomatoes...so easy. Served with toasted torta bread. I will double this next time!!

Layered Enchilada Bake

I really enjoyed how simple this was. I used ground turkey and handmade corn tortillas, I also spread the sour cream on the tortillas to make it easier to spread. Makes great left overs!

Carrabba's® Chicken Marsala

I have never had this at Carrabba's but man, this was so good. Fiance asked for 3rds while he was still on his first helping. I think it would be amazing to do this with short ribs as well. Winner!!!

Simple Beef Short Ribs

Just tastes like pot roast to me. Totally unimpressed. Although it was good, it was not great enough to make again. Sorry I am a tough customer when it comes to short ribs.

Refried Beans Without the Refry

Officially changing my refried beans to these now...I love how low in fat they are and so tasty. I also used 3TBSP of salt. totally delish. * I made these in the crock pot, cooked on low all day and turned out great.

Best Ever Brisket

Sad that I had made this for Easter with such high hopes. I dont think that brisket is made for the oven, I prefer it smoked.

Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

I really enjoyed this. I think I would like to top it off with some "canned" biscuits, put those in the crockpot the last 30 mins and it would be a nice topping...it was perfect though as is!

Pizza Dough I

I have been using the recipe for a while, not sure why I never reviewed it. I make this in the bread machine. Always turns out well and I use this dough to make pizza on the grill. PERFECT EVERY TIME

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Nothing beats a giant pot of spicy chicken soup in the winter months. I think I would omit the whole tomatoes, I also only use 4 chicken breasts. Make a massive amount of soup, perfect for entertaining!

One Pot Pinto Beans

1 TBSP Salt is adequate. I also add 1/2 lb of bacon. The best beans ever!!! Also I have never gotten to the "add cheese and pico part" just fine without as well. @ TBSP Pepper since they removed that from the recipe.

Zucchini Risotto

Loved this, next time I will add a whole zucchini chopped coarsely instead of half, I did use oregano instead of thyme...but this was amazing and very good. EASY!!!!

Pizza On The Grill I

100% sold on this. I used no sauce, just the olive oil and garlic, basil, mozzarella, thin sliced tomatoes and prosciutto. it was simply amazing. Easiest thing EVER made on my grill! I forgot to say, I made this dough in the bread machine. There is no other way!!!!

Enchiladas Verdes

three stars only due to cheating...otherwise I would give it 5. instead of the tomatillos...I used a jar of green verde salsa..I know I cheated...but really did not have the time. so I added less water when I blended it...about 1/4 cup less. I did not add the cheese as I was attempting being good. I did add in some light sour cream before rolling them and then topped them with the green sauce. Oh and I used boiled chicken breasts. I think next time I will simmer the chicken in a small amount of the sauce. it was pretty light and very tasty.

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce

I was disappointed in how this turned out. I was very excited to make this and ultimately disappointed. Sad as all the ingredients looked very good. I will keep the pesto recipe I absolutely loved that.

CCRyder's Smoker Rib Rub

This was super delish, I only let it sit on the ribs for about an hour, then threw them covered with foil on 280 for 90 minutes then tossed them on the BBQ to finish then off. This would also be great on tri tip.***update, I made this recipe times 4 and stored it, put it on all meat it is delish!
