I am a mother of twin boys. I work part-time as ER Nurse. I love learning about new foods and trying out new recipes. I enjoy cooking and finding new recipes. Chicken Carbonara, extra cheesy chicken enchiladas, Caramelized Chicken, Fajitas, meatloaf, Kalua Pork, and so many more, chocolate mousse pie (family recipe). Trying to start my own family traditions. My Grandmother was the cook in our family. I am trying to get her to write down some of her recipes since she keeps them in her head. I made a really good cheese cake for Christmas Dinner this year that everyone loved. I have learned many new recipes from this site and have grown by leaps and bounds in my cooking skills. I am currently working on baking...I seem to either undercook or burn cookies...I'm getting there slowly.
