Reuben Sandwich II

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2011
Absolutely delicious! I could eat one of these every day. As good as what I get at my local restaurant. I honestly can't believe I made a reuben that turned out so great. Thank you for posting this.

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2014
This was the best and simplest banana muffin recipe I have used. I made 12 full-sized, but will try the mini-muffins in the future. Thanks for a great recipe.

Carrot Pineapple Cupcakes

Delicious and easy. I made according to recipe, except I did not frost, I sprinkled a bit of sugar and cinnamon on the top before baking. I will definitely make again. Thanks for this recipe.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2014
I'll add my review to the other gazillion! These were fantastic! I didn't even use a mixer, just a wooden spoon to mix. If I could advise one thing, it is to not crowd them on the cookie sheet, and you will get beautiful, large, round cookies. Worth the extra time it takes. I will be using this recipe over and over. Quick, easy and delicious, and you can't ask for more than that!

Ham Breakfast Braid

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2013
Husband and son really liked this. It has a lot of potential for more additions and variations. Another reviewer was right, though, 375 might be too high, so keep an eye on it if you bake at that temp. I baked it at 350 for 30 minutes and it was perfect. The temp was the only variation to the recipe I did. I made it for dinner and served it with a tossed salad. Next time I'm going to add a little broccoli, onion and garlic.

Caramel Macchiato Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2011
Not only delicious, but a beautiful, rich color to go along with the rich flavor of this bread. A wonderful change from regular banana bread. Very easy to put together. Mine baked exactly for 60 minutes to doneness. Thank you, Dianne, for creating this unique and delicious recipe.

Baked Corn

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
Excellent. I followed previous reviewers' suggestions and used the honey corn bread mix and 1/2 cup butter. Also, since there are only 3 of us now, I baked it in two 8x8 pans (35 minutes) instead of the 9x13 so I could freeze half of it more easily. I will definitely make this again.

Asian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2014
Family loved this. I usually use another recipe for pork tenderloin that uses a dry rub, but tried this, and everyone loved it. I used 2 One-pound tenderloins from Costco, and cooked it at 325 for an hour. Was very moist, tender and delicious. Pretty easy, too. I mixed the marinade and marinated all in a gallon zip plastic bag to cut down on washing up.

Baked Applesauce

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
I made this recipe because I needed applesauce for another dish and didn't have any. Turns out it is great all on its own! So easy, why didn't I do this before?

Quick Yeast Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2013
Just what I like, easy and good! I allowed 2 hrs. before dinner to make these, and that was perfect. The texture is so tender, almost cake-like. And the recipe is so easy, I think I could remember how to make these next time without looking. Thank you, DCASH.

Sweet Potato Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2010
I made these last night up to the stage where I formed the rolls. Then I refrigerated them overnight, let them rise about 1 1/2 hrs. this morning, and baked them. They came out beautifully. I didn't use the canned sweet potato, I microwaved 2 sweet potatoes and whiped them up to use in place of the canned. Other than that, I followed the recipe as written. Thanks, Sherlie!

BBQ Pork Pizza

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
This was a very good way to use up leftover pork. I see in the reviews that some people did not use the dill pickles. Use them! I actually wish I would have put a few more on, because they added to the flavor of this dish. Easy to make, too.

Mocha Nut Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2010
This was excellent! I can't imagine a more delicious combination of chocolate & coffee. I used coarsely chopped walnuts because I had those on hand, but other than that followed the recipe exactly. The texture & taste are wonderful. Like many breads like this, it is better if left to sit wrapped up overnight. I am going to bake several of these to give for St. Valentine's Day goodies.

Perfect Cheesecake Everytime

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
I'm shocked. I actually made a cheesecake that did not crack or turn too brown, etc., etc. All I did was follow the directions and it is wonderful. No water bath or babying in any way. Thank you so much for this recipe.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: May 3, 2011
This, indeed, is a fantastic cake. It is really THE perfect cake, since it is easy, one-bowl and delicious. However, as another recent reviewer said, it is the Hershey's cocoa recipe that is on the can, and has been used for generations! My mother, who would be 102 yrs old by now, made this when I was a child! Try it with white icing for a delicious change; that's the way she always made it.

Cinnamon Mini-Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
Well, these were delicious little gems waiting to be discovered! I like to take a little something when I visit my grandchildren, and the 3 yr. old likes "baby" sized things, so I found these and made them. They turned out beautifully, and I liked that I didn't have to frost them. I also have a feeling these are the type of muffins that get better after a day. Thanks for this easy, quick and delicious recipe. I will make these often.

Banana Split Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2010
This was a fun bread to make. I loved adding all those goodies to banana bread! It baked up beautifully. I followed the directions as written. I personally thought the chocolate was a bit dominant, but my husband loved it and said there can never be too much chocolate! I will make this again!
