This is the best meatloaf I've had. I didn't have oats so I used Panko bread crumbs and it worked fine. I also sauteed 4 strips of bacon with half an onion and a clove of garlic and added that to the mixture. My husband, who is not a fan of meatloaf, loved it. He ate two. My 1 1/2 year old son ate one of the smaller loaves. This is a keeper.
