Mom of 2 toddlers, 1 very picky eater! Married 13 years. From a Big Fat Greek Family, it's in my blood to cook and feed everybody!
My favorite things to cook
Comfort, Soul, Southwest, Mexican, Greek, Italian and Asian Dishes. I prefer to cook Vegan and/or Vegetarian dishes as my first choice. Love surprising the family with good meals they enjoy without meat.

Every Holiday! My Mother saying, after cooking a huge meal, that she is never doing it again, but always does.

Almost all my parties I hosted minus the following.

Made a punch bowl of Sangria's which everyone loved, but I realized later I had forgotten the Ginger Ale.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
Would give 5 stars if I didn't change it a little, First I scale it down to 12 servings and use about 1/2 cup lemon juice instead of vinegar, use it to your taste, we love lemons and put it on everything in our house. I also add a tsp. of sugar. Again add slowly to your taste if your going to try it. Leave out the oregano. Then of course you have to get some good crusty bread to dip in any left over dressing in your bowl!

Dump Cake I
I make this with so many different combinations apple pie filling, peaches and pecans and even just today making it with apricots, raisins and walnuts. So easy and versatile!

Grandma's Chicken Chardon
This is my go to chicken recipe. I've done it with bone in chops too. I use seasoned bread crumbs, mini portobellos and usually add extra lemon.
