Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2012
This is a delicious and easy recipe. However, the first time I made these, the cinnamon sugar dripped over the sides of the muffin tin and burned on the bottom of the stove, causing a lot of smoke and a bad smell. The next time I made them, I put some aluminium foil underneath the muffin tins to prevent this. With this fix, this is a great recipe that I will continue using! Thanks!

Fresh Asparagus Soup

Reviewed: May 13, 2011
This soup was excellent! I made very few changes, although I added sea salt to the asparagus and onion while cooking, and I used skim milk instead of soy. Thanks so much for the recipe! I will definitely be using this one again!

Feta Veggie Quiche

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
This was a pretty good quiche. My family seemed to like it, however I didn't taste the Feta cheese, so next time I will add more. It was a little bit watery, so I will also reduce the milk to 1 cup. Thanks for the recipe, I look forward to making it again with these changes!

Chocolate Pudding Cake II

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
I made this recipe by adding on an extra half, and cooking it an extra 10 minutes to serve all 10 of my family. and Everyone had just enough, so I feel like it may not have quite satisfied 12 people like the yield claims. That being said... the cake was delicious. So rich yet not too sweet or heavy. Everybody scraped the bottom of their bowl and wished I had doubled the recipe. Thank you!

Fluffy Hot Chocolate

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
This is a great idea to melt the marshmallows in the hot chocolate. I made this with my ten-year-old cousin and she LOVED it! My only suggestions are a little more cocoa and add the marshmallows right at the end so that the hot chocolate is still very "fluffy" when it's ready to be served. I have a feeling that I'm going to be making this recipe all winter long! Thank you!
