Great Recipe! It's so easy and every one loves it! I've made this several times and it's always a hit! I add 2 tbs Cinnamon and 1 tbs Nutmeg to the sweet potatoes and a little more in the topping when I make it. I have friends who do not like sweet potato dishes they had seconds! Thanks Giving is coming up and my mother in law called to make sure I was making it agian this year! They love it!

Cinnamon Rolls II

Amazing! My friends loved it and it tasted wonderful- soft, fluffy and delicious. I am definitely making this again. My husband’s family has a tradition of making either sweet rolls or cinnamon rolls Christmas morning. After she had some, she asked me to make them this Christmas, they were so good! I used a lot of the tips I read from other reviews- adding the yeast and sugar to the lukewarm (105-115 degrees) Milk & water and let it sit 10 min before combining the rest of the ingredients... letting it rest for 10min before kneading it, letting is raise in a greased bowl for 2 hrs. I had rolled and cut the dough, placed them on pans and i stuck them in the fridge to bake in the AM. I let it sit on the counter to warm to room temp and let it rise a little before baking. I frosting was so easy to make and super yummy!

Master Pizza Dough

Very easy and I made it and there was more dough than I thought! I made a giant pizza and my husband loved it. I used just active yeast instead of the rapid. I had to wait a little but it was good. It gave me time to clean up and prepare other stuff in the meantime :) The only thing I did different was add seasonings to the flour. I added garlic and parsley. This recipe is a keeper!

Raspberry Linzer Cookies

Great! I followed the advice to use parchment paper, it didn't stick at all. After cutting the cookies out, it was hard to transfer to the pan... especially the top portion of the cookie. (since there was a hole in it) When I was making the top portions of the cookies- what made it a little easier for me was cutting the the round cookie first- transporting them to the Cookie sheet and then use a smaller cookie cutter for the inside. I just used a small knife to scoop out the inside dough after. Perfect shape on the cookie sheet! I'm definitely making these again. It's time consuming but well worth it! Delicious! My husband can't stop eating them!

Spring Biscotti

Absolutely Wonderful!!! I've made these several times and everyone loves them! It's perfect year around, they disappear fast and some of my family and friends still ask me when i'm planning on making more!! I love it, Thank you!

Brown Sugar Spiced Shortbread

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This Chicken Pot Pie is to die for!! comes out perfect every time! My mother in law is a Chicken Pot Pie fanatic... and when I served this for dinner- she says it's one of the best she's had- and i believe it! Love this recipe!! Thank you!

Snowballs II

These showballs are wonderful. I made them last Christmas with my mother in law- she said it was just like her mother's old recipe that was lost... this is a keeper. Everyone loved them- i'm making them again for next Christmas :)
