Honey Lemon Glazed Salmon with Spinach Saute

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2014
Very tasty salmon! I really liked the pine nuts but they are very pricey right now, you could leave them out IMHO. Thanks Mazola, will make again!

Baked Lentils with Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2014
Wow, I was looking for an easy side to use up some lentils and had everything on hand for this delicious treat. I did mix a little mozzarella cheese with the cheddar. Will make this again and recommend highly, thank you Tiffany!

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies from Mazola®

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2014
I cut the recipe in half and got 32 yummy cookies. I did chill the dough. I also used half creamy peanut butter and half crunchy peanut butter. Next time I'll use mini chocolate chips, those might be easier to flatten with a fork. Very good sturdy cookie that I will make again. Thank you Mazola!

Campbell's Kitchen Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2014
I had everything on hand to make this except a bag of frozen veggies. I used a drained can of green beans, carrots and onions from the garden and a few mushrooms that needed to be used. I used canned chicken chunks but leftover chicken would have been better. I'd never seen a recipe for a pourable crust and this was terrific!

Hot Caramel Apple Cider

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2014
OMG this is addictive! A must try for fall flavors. Heck, try it anytime, it was a hit at the football party. I made this at home and took a small slow cooker to the gathering to keep it warm. Then to celebrate the team win we had to try different adult beverage additives :)) One person liked brandy, two or three liked amaretto, four agreed hazelnut was the favorite. . . we all loved this, thank you cookincrazy:) for a terrific drink with or without the booze! Will make again!

Shepherd's Pie VI

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2014
Dear Hubby requested a Shepherd’s Pie but I’ve never made one! I used half ground beef and half Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage. I added a dollop of sour cream to the mashed potatoes and a little beef bouillon to the broth. Also added a little garlic when the onions were cooking and added some peas too. We both loved our dinner and cannot wait to enjoy this again! #AllstarsJville, #JvilleKitchens, #Fall

Homemade Baking Mix

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2014
Perfect for those recipes that call for baking mix! I only needed a small amount so I adjusted the serving size to 2 so I could make the Johnsonville Sausage Balls (made half that recipe).

Johnsonville Sausage Balls

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2014
This was a terrific party pleaser! I used Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage. I didn’t have baking mix so I used Homemade Baking Mix by fayyr on this site. I used parchment paper on my old baking dish. Next time I’ll make them smaller so they cook quicker and I can eat them sooner. These WILL be on my next party table. #AllstarsJville, #JvilleKitchens, #Fall

Easy French Dip Sandwiches

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2014
I didn’t have time to cook a whole roast and these looked just as good anyway! Hubby couldn’t locate beef consommé in the store so I reduced some beef broth with added beef bouillon. Great sandwich, will enjoy again, thanks writergirl!

Mi's Baked Beans For A Crowd

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2014
OMG so happy I found the photo! Awesome baked beans Mi! I followed the recipe exactly except I put it into a slow cooker. Makes a ton but the family loved it for the cookout and leftovers later (I didn't have 20 to feed). Will make again when I have a crowd to feed, thanks!

Home-Style Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2014
The method sounded interesting so I had to give these a try. Wonderful wings, made no changes! The only thing I'd do different next time is to spray the baking pan so they don't stick.

Baked Zucchini Chips

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2014
These were very tasty. I reduced the servings to 2 and added 1/8 teaspoon onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Also used a whole egg instead of egg white. We enjoyed these and will make again.

Not Thousand Island Dressing

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2014
Wonderful dressing for a salad or a Reuben sandwich! I used garlic powder in place of granulated garlic. You could leave out the hard-cooked eggs if you are out or short on time.

Awesome with the leftovers from mauigirl's Braised Corned Beef Brisket. I did cook an onion in a little olive oil and added the sauerkraut to warm through. I used Not Thousand Island Dressing by Mike Harvey, dePITA. Cannot wait for my next homemade Reuben, thanks ColetteG.

We both loved this so much! I triple wrapped and placed the brisket on a rack but instead of water I used a bottle of beer. Served with Diane's Colcannon by DianeF. Thank you for such a great recipe mauigirl! Will definitely have this again and again.
