About this Cook
I am a 40 year old single girl. I work 10 hour days 4 days a week in law enforcement. I enjoy my job & relocated back to the northwest after living in Texas for 6 years & Mexico 5 prior to that. I came home because I missed the rain & my family.
My favorite things to cook
I really enjoy cooking latin american food. On my days off, I enjoy cooking on the grill outside & as I work long hours I am always looking for simple, easy, yummy, heathy dishes to cook. I especially like crock pot recipes & caseroles
My favorite family cooking traditions
my family doesn't really have any traditions, but hopefuly I wil establish some someday
My cooking triumphs
I am learning how to use fresh herbs. Tho it is more of a gardening triumph, this year I planted an herb garden. I am enjoying learning how to use them
My cooking tragedies
I suck at making gravy or anything creamy from scratch with out using cream of something
