BLT Dogs

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2015
This was really delicious I used turkey peppered bacon and chicken hot dogs. I tried the topping as is and also tried it by adding a dash or yellow mustard and another with a dash of buffalo sauce added. All three ways were really good

Tuscan Risotto

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2015
Easy and delicious. I wasn't able to find the Tuscan broth at three different store, so I used regular and added the Tuscan broth flavors.. rosemary, sage, thyme. Lemon, onion and garlic.

Cauliflower Dream

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2015
This was tasty. For me it needed some salt and some more veggies. One thing to be aware of, the mushrooms, while they taste great with this.. they do give the dish a bit of a gray color. It didnt bother me, but just be aware

Caribbean Coconut Chicken Bites

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2015
Quite yummy. I tried to cut these into the bites, but even after chilling they fell apart so I created this whole. I baked this and it was delish. I do think the mango was a tad sweet for I added some spicy salt to this.. perfect

Mango-Lime Shredded Chicken Tacos

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2015
Very tasty. I accidentally used a 15 ounce can of tomatoes ( because I cant read it seems) and had to use ancho chill powder. I did add more mango because after adding the 1/4 cup.. it just didn't look like enough. I doubled it to 1/2c and think I'll add even more next time.

Curried Eggs Over Toast

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2015
I used skim milk and instead of putting the eggs in the sauce, i poured the hot sauce over the eggs... I didnt want to stir the eggs and have them crumble up. Curry and eggs are a new favorite.. thanks Topped with a few green onions

Watermelon Jellies

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2015
I was very intrigued by this recipe.. never had this before. Wow.. delicious. Make this, but make a double or triple batch because it does go very quickly and it takes quite a bit of time to make

David's Favorite Football Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2015
This was tasty. I served it with homemade high fiber chips and had it for dinner. Very hearty dip. The only part that I changed was the taco seasoning. The taco seasoning I use comes in a packet and 1/2 cup of that stuff would be multiple packs and pretty strong, so I used part of a packet... came out fine

Slow Cooker Spicy Buffalo Ranch Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2015
Tasty. My crockpot doesnt have medium so I cooked for 5 hours on low.. 4 1/2 -5 hours is plenty of cooking. I would suggest a different roll though. I liked the sweetness but it was just too soft... soft meat soft bread... needed some texture

Yum.. made these per recipe. Great tasting. I did crisp them up a bit after the initial baking.. they would have been very soft without it.

Hot Water Cornmeal Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2015
This was tasty bread. I made it entirely in my new KA so it was very easy. I scaled the recipe to one loaf as it is only for me. It is a very dense bread. I did store it in fridge which did seem to cause it to get rather gummy on the bottom. Toasting that fixed it right up, but be advised this happens if you store it in fridge

Great dip... next time I would use onion powder instead as the raw onion was a bit much for me

Bacon and Venison Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2015
Awesome. First time having venison and I'm a fan. I used turkey peppered bacon and used regular skim milk... only made one pound of venison so wasn't going to open a can of milk for a couple teaspoons. BTW.. the full recipe makes 20 burgers, not 5.. otherwise the burgers would be a full pound + each
