Antipasto Salad

I've been making this pasta salad for many, many years. It is much prettier made with tri-color rotini pasta. And I also add a few purple onion rings to the mix. This is a family favorite.

Hester's Red Velvet Cake Icing

Finally!! This is the only (and best) way to frost a Red Velvet Cake. I grew up in the South and this is the way we like our RV Cake.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

I love this soup, it's one of my all time favorites. Like other reviewers, I found the spinach too delicate for this hearty soup. And since I'm from the South, I substituted frozen chopped collard greens that I had on hand. Added great flavor.
