Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

No Bake Cookies V

Couldn't find my old recipe so used this one - it was a bit dry - my old recipe used 2 cups oats and only 1/2 stick butter. This was not quite as good but it was ok.

Pumpkin Cake I

Sunflower Broccoli Salad

Bacon-Colby Lasagna

This has become one of my favorite dishes and an easy one too. I did alter it a bit by using cream of mushroom soup instead of the cream of chicken and I added beef broth - just enough to make it moist.
