Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy
Good recipe. Rating 4 stars because I did not follow the seasonings exactly. I added cayenne, more garlic powder, salt, pepper, & dried thyme. I think used as written would have been too bland. And as to the complaint of too much oil: It depends on the size of pan you are using. 3 cups was perfect for me. I used a 11" cast iron skillet. The crust was very crunchy! I think its the addition of the egg. I've never used egg in my Fried Chicken recipes before. Thank you for this recipe!

Super Easy Rosemary Bread Machine Bread
Oh My! This just came out of my machine and am super pleased. I gave it 4 stars because I changed two things. I did not proof my yeast & I was out of garlic powder so left it out. Put in the ingredients in the machine according to my machine's instructions. Rose beautifully. Super flavorful even without the garlic. King Arthur AP Flour, King Arthur Fast Yeast, a Touch More Oil. Also toasts up beautifully. Am using toasted squares for the Spinach Artichoke Dip w/ tomorrow's Thanksgiving Apps. Thank you for sharing. I will be making this again and again. Oh! I actually mean another loaf right now as we keep eating it. Might not have any leftover for tomorrow. Update: I am making me 5th loaf right now. Has become a staple in our house. Thank you, again.

Taco Pie
So I used leftover taco meat from Taco Tuesday. The only thing I added was diced fresh tomatoes. Oh and I totally didn't get the doritos. I thought I was just supposed to be tortilla chips. This is so weirdly good that I will be making it again. Some people complained the crescents were soggy. I over baked them just a bit and then set it out on the counter to "set up". Worked great. No sogginess. On a leftover night try this!
