Best Ever Banana Bread
Not the best banana bread I have ever made, it was not as moist as I would have liked. Needed more mashed banana for sure!

Amish White Bread
Loved it, a sweeter bread that reminds me of my grandmothers bread. Although I would suggest watching how much flour you do put in, do it a cup at a time as I only really needed 5 cups in the dough and the last cup was sparingly used to knead the dough in. It didn't rise as much as I'd hoped as I used cooler water than I should have to activate the yeast which I would think was the problem.

Burger or Hot Dog Buns
Followed the recipe exactly with all freshly bought ingredients, the only thing that was different was that I used whole wheat flour which I compensated time and used a little less flour. The result, the buns did not rise at all and did not fully bake through even with doubling the cooking time (probably because it was so darn dense!) Definitely not going to try this recipe again.
