Yes, that's what I did today.  It all started with Witchy Woman's Pork Tenderloin Roast from Spain.  After visiting her Spain blog and seeing the photos I decided that I just had to try that succulent looking porkloin she prepared and photographed.  Of course I never follow a recipe and I made… MORE

About this Cook
I always have an herb garden growing in clay pots since I live in a beautiful condo complex these days. I enjoy helping people and also sharing cooking & gardening advice when asked. I'm an avid animal lover and I enjoy water (the gulf of mexico, especially).
My favorite things to cook
I absolutely love cooking vegan and surprising people when they find out it's not animal based. I actually just love cooking. It's my outlet for creativity and without a garden, it's the next best thing.
My cooking triumphs
Vegan chocolate pudding pie w/cho. crust.

Chinese Broccoli
Great combination of flavors for Gai Lan. I didn't boil it, just sauted in a bit of oil before adding the sauce. I added a cubed small kohlrabi as well.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll
I've always wanted to try a roll type cake and this was easy, quick and delicious. I made use of other's suggestions. I only had organic pumpkin pie filling on hand and it worked perfectly. I also substituted half brown sugar for half of the white sugar. Beautiful presentation!

Pumpkin Spice Latte
Simply perfect and delicious latte. I substituted about half the milk with almond milk and only had organic pumpkin pie filling on hand and it turned out wonderfully. I used an immersion wand for the pumpkin mixture and topped with a touch of cinnamon for presentation. Will be keeping this recipe for future use.
