About Me
I am a cooking professional and also food coordinator in Japan. I would like to learn and know variety of food from all over the world while I am in New York. I am working at one of the Japanese restaurants in NYC now. I am going to add Easy Japanese healthy diet recipes for American people.
My favorite things to cook
Especially seafood, Japanese traditional, Healthy food, Tofu something, and so on. I make a lunch box for my boyfriend everyday. I like to make it. It's encouraged my creativity. I always think the basic is really important. and I always cook anything with great care even at home. because It should be absolutely more delicious :-)
