This was truly easy & excellent. I added minced garlic & sliced onion to my beans & fresh tomatoes(instead of canned), a bit of Italian seasoning. Very good, easy. I will DEFINITELY make this again. Thanks for sharing!

Karen's Slow Cooker Pizza Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2008
I wrote this recipe and have adjusted some things after seeing the reviews and cooking it several more times. Adjust the seasonings appropriately, more than likely, a tsp of each will be fine. Forget the water & if the soups are too thick, add some chicken broth or white wine. Cook in the crockpot only 6 hours at most; I had some turn out tough and rubbery, yuck! I've also tried this with chicken breast cut into cubes and also boneless thighs, which create a different flavor, but still good. Fresh herbs work well but only add them the last hour of cooking or they will turn brown and unrecognizable. Thanks for all your reviews! Even the negative ones. One cannot grow without critisizm!

Basic Crepes

Reviewed: May 10, 2008
Excellent recipe. Easy, quick, any filling can be put in. They also freeze EXTREMELY well. Just put wax paper between each crepe, wrap with place wrap & use a heavy duty freezer bag.

My daughter informed me the night before that a project was due and she needed Hummus & pitas! I couldn't go & buy them, so I made them! Excellent recipe! Very easy & delicious. I used Olive Oil, instead of vegetable oil. We were so excited when they puffed up just like the picture! Thank you so much. My daughter a an A! Definitely a keeper.

Alfredo Sauce

Excellent sauce. I also added an additional garlic clove, nutmeg and romano cheese. ABSOLUTELY USE UNSALTED BUTTER! The cheeses have enough salt.
