my basic recipe for roasted or gchicken is just the best. butter, white wine, parsley, rosemary and thyme has served me well for a life time. it never fails to please. the skin of the bird is alwauys crispy and the bird always remains moist and juicey.

i am a scratch cook. seaonalfavorites of course but i cook rather free style. i review resipies for menu planning. i'm a care giver and therefor cook everyday. i like to keep it fun and never a chore. i love to see people eat and enjoy the food i prepare.

sauces, meat dishes tho i cook fewer of them know. i feel that i have totaly conqured chicken. some baking. frequent quiche. breads anything grilled. i've only had one major flop, however i was young.
