French Silk Chocolate Pie I

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2011
My family loved this. Made an oreo cookie crust using 1-1/2 cups crushed oreos & 3 Tlbs. melted butter. Mix the butter & crushed oreos together and press into you pie pan, Bake @ 350 for 10 - 15 minutes. Let the crust cool and then fill with the filling (make sure that you whip the filling really well). Enjoy!

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
OMG! Just made these for breakfast and am so glad that I doubled the recipe for 4 people! They are completely gone. Both of my girls, 8 & 10, gobbled them up and Hubby is still raving about how much better they are than Bisquick pancakes. Next time I will quadruple the recipe so there are leftovers for during the week. Definately a keeper! Thanks Kris!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2011
This soup was AMAZING!!!! I used hot turkey italian sausage, omittied the bacon altogether and used half & half instead of the cream. Yummy! Hubby even loved it and he's not a big soup eater. Try this one out, it's a winner!! Enjoy!

No Beans About It - Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
This was a great recipe. My hubby can't stand beans, so this worked out very well. I cooked the meat on the stove with the seasonings and then put everything in the crockpot on low for about 4 hours. Delish!!

Pumpkin Bread IV

OMG!!!! This is just awesome! I did use the 1/2 applesause 1/2 oil as suggested and added 1-1/2 tsp. ground ginger. When using mini muffin tins you only need to bake them for 15 minutes. My family and are are completely addicted! Thank you for a great recipe!!

I have made this salmon dish many times and it is always a winner. My husband and I love fish but didn't think that we could get our 2 and 4 yr. olds to even try it. They love it and ask me to make it at least once a week. A definate keeper!!!!
