LuvAnn's Guacamole

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2009
WOW! I really don't like guacamole, but decided to give it a whirl. This is absolutely delicious. I did cut down on the jalapenos, just because I'm a wimp when it comes to hot foods and used half the salt. It's a definite keeper in my house.

Clone of a Pretzel Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2010
Delicious! I made a half of the recipe, but I have a feeling I will have to make another half. I will have to get mustard seeds to try in it next time. We can't stop eating it. Even my 2 year old loves it! Thanks Shore for a definite keeper!

Miniature Chocolate Eclairs

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2010
What an easy and amazing recipe! These were the best eclairs I've ever had. I did use vanilla pudding as a personal preference, but other than that this recipe is perfect. The pastry was delicate and the chocolate frosting was creamy and not overly sweet. I will definitely be making these for the holidays.

Baja Stuffed Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
I am slowly learning that when I have a doubt if I will like a recipe I just have to make it and see. These potatoes are absolutely delicious. I was a bit skeptical about the mexi-corn, because I've honestly never tried it before. But I am so glad I gave it a try because it goes so well with the cheese and potato. I did have to cut down on the heat a little because my family doesn't like things too spicy, but otherwise kept it the same. This will definitely be a keeper in my house. Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe!

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
What an easy and tasty bun recipe! I whipped these up as hot dog buns and hamburger buns in a matter of no time. They are soft and hold up well to hamburgers with all the fixings. This is definitely a keeper, especially when you forget buns!

Southwestern Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
If I could rate this recipe 10 stars I would. These are even better than from the restaurant. It's the perfect blend of flavors with the perfect amount of heat. I've made them with and without chicken and both ways they are just as good. They are a little time consuming, but it is more than worth it. I highly suggest that everyone gives them a try at least once!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
These were absolutely delicious! I can't believe that you can make high quality cinnamon rolls in such a short time. The dough was extremely easy to work with and they rose beautifully. The finished product was perfect. I added a powdered sugar glaze to top them off. Cream cheese frosting would be even better. Thanks for sharing!

Melted Witch

Delicious! I followed the review of someone who mentioned orange sherbet...it just put it over the top. I think I may just have to make it even when it's not Halloween :)

Pumpkin Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
Oh my, these have to be one of the best brownies ever! I made them in a muffin tin instead of an 8 x 8 pan because I was taking them to work. I also sprinkled the walnuts on top, because I wasn't sure who liked them or not. They were gone in record time. Those were the only minor changes that I made that don't affect the outcome of the recipe. These are absolutely perfect as is. They are more cake-like, but moist and creamy. I now have to make sure I have pumpkin on hand at all times in case I have a craving for these! Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe!

Pepperoncini Beef

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
If I could give this 10 stars I would! I was a little worried about the amount of heat from the peppers, so I almost passed on this recipe. But, I am so glad I went for it anyway. This turned out absolutely delicious. It was moist, tender and the flavoring was perfect. I made it into sandwiches with provolone, caramelized onions and a few of the peppers all toasted in the oven. Who would have thought that something so absolutely "simple" would be so outstanding. This will definitely be put into my rotation!

Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
Oh wow! These have made me a total brussel sprouts lover. Even my little guy loved them. The blend of flavors is awesome and the pine nuts just put it over the top. The next time (and there is definitely going to be a next time) I will reduce the butter by half, because it was a little much with the bacon grease. Overall I would give this recipe 100 stars is possible. Thanks for sharing your recipe!!

Hot Onion Pinwheels

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2010
These are quite tasty little rolls! The dough was one of the easiest doughs I have made yet. It was easy to roll out and rose beautifully. The end product was perfect. I served them alongside soup, but I think they would go well with just about anything. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe!

Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2010
OMG these potatoes were to die for! They were so creamy and had just the right amount of garlic in them. I had to stop myself from "tasting" them to make sure they were good. I found my taters for Thanksgiving and my new favorite taters. Thank you so much Ken for sharing your recipe!

Shredded Chicken Tacos

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
These had to be the BEST chicken tacos I've ever had. The only thing I did different was to use boneless breasts, because it's what I had on hand. The flavor blend in these were spot on, with just the perfect little kick. My family absolutely loved them. I will never make another chicken taco recipe again!

Green Bean Bundles

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
Delicious! These turned absolutely wonderful. The blend of flavors was amazing along with the smokiness of the bacon. I didn't marinate them overnight and glad I didn't because I think, for our tastes, it would have been too strong. Everyone absolutely raved about these at Thanksgiving, which in turn makes it a definite keeper in my house. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes With Mini Marshmallows

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
I made these for Thanksgiving for something different and I couldn't have been happier that I chose these. I am not a big fan of sweet potatoes, but these were absolutely delicious. I loved the tang from the buttermilk and the sweetness of the marshmallows. I think these will be our new tradition for the holidays!

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
This turned out to be the most delicious turkey I've ever made. I was a bit worried that the flavors would be overpowering from putting the herbs directly on the meat, but boy was I wrong. This method actually infused the meat perfectly with the blend of rosemary, basil and garlic. It stayed perfectly moist and was delicious warmed up the next day. This will definitely be the only way I make turkey from now on. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Jalapeno Popper Cups

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
I made these for an appetizer for Thanksgiving and they were the first things to go. These were so delicious and so much easier than making an actual popper. I did skip the hot sauce because I didn't have any (even though I could have sworn I did), but I can't wait to try them with. These will be on my regular rotation for appetizers, because they are that good.

Death By Chocolate III

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
This is the perfect chocolate dessert. I made it exactly as is and there is nothing that I would change about it. It was super easy, fast and most of all delicious. I think next time I may try switching the toffee with crushed peanut butter cups! This will definitely be on my menu for Christmas.

Holiday Cranberry Chutney

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
This is the perfect cranberry sauce. I am not a fan of cranberry sauce at all, but I can eat this all by myself. The blend of flavors is absolutely perfect...just the right hint of spice and sweet. It makes your house smell just like the holidays. I have made this two years in a row and everyone raves every time. I serve it with cream cheese and triscuits. Thanks Cheryl for sharing your recipe that has now become part of our tradition.
