Hamburger Yakisoba Is Very Easy To Make, And Really Tastes Good.

I Cooked Hamburger Yakisoba Today For Lunch, This Was One Of My Favorite Meals In The Mess Hall When I Was In The Army From 1976 To 1996.

This is Written For The Most Part As It Is Shown In The Army Manual, You Can Substitute The Granulated Garlic and Ginger With Fresh.
The Original Only Used Green Peppers But Red, And Yellow Are Included Here For Color And Appearance. Also I Did not have any Green Peppers And Wanted To Use Up What I Did Have.
I Did Followed The Recipe In General But Had To Use Taste To Get The Meal How I Like It Due To I Do Not Have The Exact Measurements For Lower Yields Due To The Recipe Is Written For 100 Soldiers.

I Normally Under Cook The Noodles To About 8 Mins Because You Will Add All The Noodles To This Mixture And They Will Continue To Cook Before Serving.

I've made shrimp yakisoba a few times - using a chicken yakisoba recipe and just subbing in shrimp instead. We love it. I'll have to save this to my recipe box!

It sounds really good. Thanks for sharing this. I can just hear the conversation as I come home from the grocery store, "Honey? Why did you buy so much ground beef and spaghetti noodles?" "We're having some friends over, light of my life!"
