I have had a box of Creamy Broccoli Tuna Helper in the cabinet for a few years, It expires this month. I stopped eating ready eat meals like this about a year ago. I have never had a good non-stick frying pan, I mean I have paid about $100 for frying pans but they all seem to have problems.
