My Chili

Reviewed: May 28, 2012
I have made this twice now, with my own customizations from a few other recipes on this site. Overall a very good basic chili recipe. Good eating without modification, as well.

Vincente's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2012
I loved the look of this recipe before I started it. It was relatively easy. I liked the "different" flavor the mustard gave it. Wayyyyyyyy too much onion for me, but that is to do with personal preference, I expect. If you are a "really cheesy" person, I would add a lil less milk and more cheese..or at least more cheese. My two cents! I'll probably make it again sometime.

Stir-Fried Vegetables

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2012
Simple, easy. Half the time I simplify it even more by using frozen "stir fry veggies". It doesn't get much easier'n this!

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2012
Fantastic. I do 'em without onion. It seems like if you don't rinse the shreds they cook kinda sticky, too. Amazing recipe - kudos!

Italian-Style Swiss Chard

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2010
I now have a new favorite green. This is amazing. I messed it up at first - if you use red swiss chard and white swiss isn't in season, it comes out slightly bitter (mine did anyway). I was delighted to see that white Swiss chard was at the grocery store this week. I gave the recipe another go and I could eat a big bowlful of just this. Haha! Thank you for sharing!
