Fantastic! These were easy to make, soft and tasted great. I used powered sugar to roll them out & baked for 8 min at 350 on parchment paper.

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

I made two of these as written, one for a dinner party a week before thanksgiving and sliced with unwaxed dental floss as soneone suggested and that worked great. The second I froze for thanksgiving day. I took it out of the freezer and sliced frozen. That worked as well. It was the first desert gone at both dinners. Will make everyear.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

I made this for thanksgiving dinner to hold my family over unitl dinner was ready. It was a very big hit. Almost too much so, everyone was getting full before the dinner was on the table. Will make again and I didn't change a thing.
