Creamy Fruit Salad

This is really good. My family loves it. I have made it as the recipe states and with lemon yogurt instead of vanilla. I like the tartness of the lemon and will probably make it like that from now on.

Tangy Bar-B-Que Sauce

Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Kielbasa

This was awesome. I took suggestions from others and used brown sugar. I actually combined the brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon and put rubbed it into the pork. I also drained, but didn't rinse the sauerkraut. I used a bottle of beer instead. I will definitely make this again and again. Thanks for the great recipe.

Bev's Orange Chicken

This is super and super easy to make. It is great for a night after work when you are tired, but can wait while it bakes. I make some rice in the rice cooker and wind down while it cooks.

Ramen Coleslaw

The first time I made this, I followed the recipe exactly.I found it was very good. The next and subsequent times I made it, I used seasoned rice vinegar instead of wine vinegar and I used sesame oil instead of vegetable oil. It is fabulous that way! I give it 5 stars if use sesame oil and seasoned rice vinegar instead.

Salsa II

This was wonderful. I canned 4 quarts. My sisters and I will be canning a bunch of it this summer in tomato season. I made a few changes. I used chopped fresh garlic instead of powder. I used lime juice instead of lemon, and instead of a whole tablespoon of cayenne , I used a half tablespoon of cayenne and a half tablespoon of chipotle. Gave it a great smoky flavor. Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Chili Seasoning Mix II

Love this recipe. I scale it up to make several servings. Bottle it to make it easier when I make chili. If you leave the flour out, you use 2 tbsp. per pound of meat.
