Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2010
Delicious! Of course, I read the other reviews before I started cooking. This lead to a few changes: added peas (for color), cayenne pepper (for kick), used cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup (because it was what I had) and a dash of sage and thyme. Great basic recipe that can be tweaked as needed. Thanks a million!

Hearty One Pan Breakfast

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2010
This was absolutely delicious. I opted not to make it an overly healthy version by frying the potatoes until crisp, in the bacon grease after cooking the bacon pieces. I drained the potatoes and then sauteed the veggies, I added jalapeno, a drained can of tomatoes with green chiles and cayenne pepper to the veggie mixture (we like it hot). I added scrambled eggs to this mixture and cooked until it was at the desired firmness and then stirred in the potatoes and cheese! It was a hit, my bf, his brother, mom and friend all had seconds. Thanks for an awesome recipe!

These were so easy and SO good. In my batch, the dough spread quite a bit, so small marble sized balls were all I needed. Thanks for this recipe!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
This was SO easy to make. I used a left over ham from New Years, left out the salt and added garlic powder and thyme to taste. I officially have a "goto" cream soup base now. Thanks so much ellie11!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2008
This has easily become a monthly staple in my house! I've experimented with different soups and made different gravies. It can even be done with a frozen breast, start it in the morning and by the evening, dinner is just a few minutes away.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2007
I usually make chili using a packet from the grocery store. This was an extremely easy recipe to follow and a hit with my family. Only change was that I used an entire bottle of Corona, and eyeballed the spices. A wonderful recipe for sure.
