I am an Internet Professional that enjoys to cook. Meat! Particularity fond of grilling, but moving more towards smoking and other traditional bbq methods. I've been considering building my own Tandoori grill. Love Indian food. ^_^ None at this point. Hope to develop our own in the future. Right now it might be smoked venison jerky or garlic roasted cashews. Would love to do the plum pudding thang at Christmas. Awesome Turkey from the smoker. Most triumphs have came from that smoker. Theres been a handful certainly...just can't remember specifics.
