Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

I think this a 4 star, but rated it 5 because it is perfect. I did not add sugar and used 1 tsp pure vanilla. We add a tad more milk because we like thin gooey pancakes. This is perfect and doesn't need the sugar!

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II

I thought this was delicious. The meat was so tender and not dry. My husband and 8 y/o daughter didn't like it. They ate it, but would not want me to make it again. I think I will make it again, but not tell them, and see what they say. I think it is company worthy. So delicious.

Crockpot Taco Soup

I don't always have this go for 8 hours, sometimes 4 or 5. If I am home and running behind, I will start it on high then switch to low. It really is fool proof.

Rosemary Rice

Way better than boxed rice! I didn't have canned chicken broth so I used 2 cups of water to 1 chicken bouillon cube. I did not add the parmesan cheese only because my husband isn't a fan of cheese with rice and I didn't think it needed it. Found a keeper! Thank you!

Wacky Mac

I scaled this down to three and we have enough for left overs. I omitted the salt and green pepper, added a 14 oz can tomato sauce, only put in 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and all chili powder and it is too spicy for us. I also used fresh freezer corn. Also used mini bow ties because I was out of wagon wheels. My hubby wanted to know if we had sour cream, but he likes everything creamy.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

These are awesome. you can do so many variations with them. If I dont find a scone pan next time I will make 18-24 with one batch. Excited to try freezing the dough like another reviewer as well. I also used light sour cream and they were delicious. people asked me for the recipe, but I just want to keep it all for myself!

BBQ Chicken Calzones

I would give this between 4 and 5 stars. My husband ended up making the meal and he didn't measure the cheese so I can't say for sure, but would use more cheese next time or measure it to 1 cup. We cooked up cubed chicken and used 2 cups. Definitely could feed 6 if you add a salad and fruit. Will definitely make this again. Thanks!
