Amazing Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2013
this was great! I must admit I was a little leary with using the mayo - but oh wow!! I used Panko bread crumbs which gave a nice crunch to the chicken. Super easy to make, and with the addition of garlic and rosemary to the bread crumbs - a truly delicious dinner! Served with roasted red potatos and sauteed beans. I will definetly make this again.

Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2012
WOW, just WOW! I made this per the recipe - but I did follow other comments and made the pasta, and reused the water to blanch the veggies. I can not say how great this is! I love the fact that I can throw in whatever veggies I have on hand into this dish! I have made it numerous times and it is great everytime. One thing, as a garlic loving family - we doubled the garlic and add a little more low sodium soy....so delicious! The other bonus with this recipe, it tastes amazing cold the next day. My daughters who are 9 and 11 love getting this in their lunch box the next day - and I have handed out the recipe to many of their teachers. I highly recommend this recipe to all of those moms who want a great healthy dinner - and healthy leftovers the next day. Plus, you can make this ahead and reheat it if you want to....great recipe! Thanks!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2010
Made this tonight, I doubled the sauce! Fabulous recipe. Double the sauce for sure. I liked the flavor, but next time I might add some tabasco sauce to liven it up. I also removed the foil 30 before the end to make the top brown. Thank You!

Tender Breaded Turkey Cutlets

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
Let me start off by saying that I used two turkey breasts - I did not pound them - just left them "full size" This was really good! I was very leary to use sour cream - but I followed others advice and stirred in Grey Poupon mustard with some 'herbs de provence' seasoning and - wow!!! Instead of using regular bread crumbs - I used Panko crumbs and it was really crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside!!! I did fry them in a pan to get them golden brown, then transferred to the oven until they were done. That seemed to keep the breading on nicely - make sure you put a little cooking spray in teh pan before you put in the turkey so they just slide right out! Very easy and VERY good!!! thanks

I can't rave enough about this recipe! I too was worried about dough falling through the grates, but it worked so well!! What an awesome way to do the dough, GREAT flavor! Ijust put on fresh mozz and basil on one, pineapple and ham on the other, and a "super" with everything on it! So amazing!!! I purchased the dough at our local bakery which really cut down on the prep time, but KUDOS excellent recipe, I will make this again! EXCELLENT!!!!

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2006
Absolutely the best ribs I have ever had!! I made these for the Eagles Cowboys Tailgate - 3 Racks, about 6 pounds - and they were GONE!! I made them the night before - stuck them in the fridge and slathered more sauce on before I reheated on the grill! They were falling off the bone when I pulled them out to grill! I will never use another recipe again! I did add a dry rub of garlic powder, cracked black pepper, and Janes Krazy Mixed Up Salt. I also used Jack Daniels Spicy Barbeque Sauce-absolutely DIVINE!!KUDOS!!

Baby Carrots with Dill Butter

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2006
Wow!! This was amazing! I never would think of putting dill on carrots. I was a little weary, but from the other reviews I decided to go for it. My husband who is not an avid Dill fan, loved them - the flavor was great not overpowering like I thought it might be. I did use the dried dill becuse I didn't have any fresh - and it was great! Thank you for a wonderful recipe, I will add this to my favorites list! PS I made this with the Marinated Turkey Breast by Danielle and the Garlic Red Potatos by Laura - what a wonderful meal! thanks again!!!!

Wine Sauce for Seafood

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2006
I made this last night, unfortunatley we didn't eat dinner last night - so I put it in the fridge for tonight. This was spectacular!!!! 5 STARS!!! I made it with sauteed chicken breasts and linguine. Absolutely wonderful, this will go into my Favorite Sauces catagory! I doubled the recipe so I had enough to coat the 3 chicken breasts and the pasta and it was wonderful!! Great recipe, this should not be labeled as just a seafood sauce, because it was excellent on chicken and pasta!! THANK YOU!!!

Baked Whole Cauliflower

This was really good. I took others advice and cut up the broccoflower (a cross b/w broccoli and cauliflower) the topping was amazing, but I should have doubled it - I'll make sure to do that next time! Kudos! AWESOME recipe
