Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
Pretty good recipe! I used boneless skinless breasts and added some fresh minced ginger root and just a drop of liquid smoke. Great sauce for bbq-ing too!

Ham Broccoli Braid revisited

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
My family loved my version. Its quick and easy. Cook the broccoli with onions til tender. Drain, rinse with cold water. Lay out crescent dough as specified. Layer with sliced ham, sliced cheese (I used pepper jack and swiss) then sprinkle with grated cheddar. Mix broccoli and onions with dijon mustard and 1/4 c. mayo then spread ontop of cheese. Braid dough over inside stuff and bake until golden brown...makes enough for atleast 6 people. And funny thing, everyone says that they switched the mayo with something else, but there is no mayo or sour cream in this recipe. :) STILL GREAT THOUGH! Everyone has their own take on it :)

Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
Excellent recipe! I usually put a little garlic salt in the butter before melting it to mix with the cornflakes. Not much, just enough to give a hint of garlic. Nothing over powering. I also use Cream of Chicken with mine.

Layered Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
I love layered salads! I dont use the egg because it tends to get a little ripe smelling. I use a dry ranch packet in the mayo and I dont use peas. I use black olives and cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion. But everyone has their own variations...they are all great!

Yummy Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
This was awesome, however, I added my own little touch. I added two diced jalapenos, ranch mix and 86'd the nuts. This went over very well!! My dad made it for his work party and everyone loved it as well :)
